It is with great pleasure that we engage in walking a journey to health with you.  Our center is dedicated to providing the highest quality of naturopathic and chiropractic care to all ages.
Regardless of your current "dis-ease" or lapse in health, we anticipate greater health, vitality and longevity in joining in a partnership together.  We tailor each individual's health prescription and treatment plan specifically to his or her health needs.  Everyone in our practice operates as a team member and takes pride in our professional capability.

Dr. Deb Proechel
Dr. Proechel received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from
Northwestern College of Chiropractic, as well as a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Human Biology.  Her undergraduate
work of chiropractic prerequisites was completed at Gustavus
Adolphus College.  Dr. Proechel is a board certified
Naturopathic Physician through the American Naturopathic
Medical Association.  She is certified in meridian therapy
(acupuncture), and is a Health Coach through the Health
Coach Systems, International.  Dr. Proechel continues to
expand her knowledge and skills by attending hundreds of
hoursof continuing education in functional medicine.

We schedule all patients on an appointment basis during office hours. The office hours in our Freeport office are:

Tuesday -  8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Wednesday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Thursday - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
